At Hooch Haven for Homeless Hounds we rehabilitate senior animals by providing a spiritual and peaceful safe haven for neglected senior animals, terminal senior animals and/or senior animals with geriatric issues to retire in through PAWSPICE care by use of homeopathic remedies. Our serene environment helps us foster an environment where senior animals can thrive and retire with dignity and grace.

Our growth allows us to expanded our resources beyond the community of the Capital Region in Upstate NY~ home of SAMA Inc.

SAMA services Upstate NY's Capital Region's through our food pantry wherein food is dispersed to local shelters Mohawk and Hudson River Humane Society, Animal Protective Foundation, and for any family in the Capital Region in need of nutritious food for their senior animal, as well as help feed the senior animals SAMA houses.

We currently have a wait list for intake at Hooch's Haven which is located just outside Delaware in the quaint village of Elkton. - if you are a rescuer or shelter in need of placement please contact me directly at mlng@samafund.org

Emails will be answered within 24 hours. Please include in the email age, weight, temperament, animal friendly, HW test results, location of animal. All animals we intake must be spayed/neutered. *We do not intake owner surrenders.
